Your $200–$500 reservation fee is not a "sale." It is a good-faith commitment that freezes the listing from our global marketplace. You are entitled to a 100% instant refund if:

• The final 'Nose-to-Tail' vet check identifies any Grade 1 or higher health issue.
• The puppy fails to meet the breed-specific weight or color standard promised.
• Our medical team determines the companion is not fit for travel.
• The Admin determines the home environment is not a match during the Chat phase.

Section 1.2: Installment Protections

If you utilize our 6-month manual installment plan, your payments are held in an escrow-style ledger. These funds remain protected until the final delivery confirmation is signed.

Section 1.3: Health Guarantee

Every companion comes with a 1-year hereditary health guarantee. If a genetic issue is diagnosed by a licensed vet within the first 12 months, we provide full support, including medical cost offsets or credit.
